Our grand Main Hall is the cornerstone of any 115 MAIN experience. Accommodating over 120 guests on average, the space features original exposed brick walls dating to 1911, warm hardwood floors, and soaring ceilings that lend an undeniable grandeur to any occasion.
The mobile bar, professional sound system, and elegant chandeliers create a versatile setting equally suited for weddings, live entertainment, gala dinners, corporate events, and community gatherings.
Upstairs Intimate Space
Tucked upstairs above the Main Hall, The Olive Room is an intimate retreat for up to 50 guests. Its warm tones, natural light, and refined décor create the perfect setting for private dinners, bridal showers, rehearsal gatherings, or exclusive cocktail receptions.
Ideal as a standalone booking or as a breakout room alongside a larger Main Hall event, The Olive Room adds a layer of flexibility to any occasion.
Professional Daytime Space
Designed for productivity and professionalism, our Conference Room offers a comfortable and private setting for business meetings, team workshops, client presentations, professional headshots, interviews, and small group gatherings.
The space features a large conference table with seating for up to 10 guests, a flat-screen display for presentations, and additional lounge seating for a more relaxed meeting experience.
Flexible Upstairs Event Space
Located upstairs near the Olive Room, Conference Room, and private suites, the Upstairs Foyer gives guests a flexible gathering area for cocktail hours, lounge seating, check-in, vendor displays, or overflow from nearby rooms.
Use it as a standalone rental for smaller gatherings or pair it with the surrounding upstairs spaces to create an easy, connected flow for showers, meetings, intimate celebrations, and pre-event hosting.
Elegant Getting-Ready Suite
Our dedicated Bridal Suite is a connected two-room sanctuary designed for the moments before the ceremony. With beautiful lighting, ample mirror space, and a warm, intimate atmosphere, it's the perfect place for you and your bridal party to get ready.
The adjoining rooms offer space to breathe, with distinct areas for hair, makeup, lounging, and photos before the celebration begins.
The Groomsmen's Retreat
The Groom Suite gives the groom and his party a comfortable, relaxed space to prepare before the ceremony. Outfitted with lounge seating, a bar cart area, and all the amenities needed for a stress-free day.
